Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PowerHobby account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original product packaging along with a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our fulfillment center, ensuring you retain a tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
